Install skobbler GPS on my smartphone Samsung Galaxy 4S

As the title mentions I intend to install the skobbler GPS on my smartphone.As I understand I have to download skobbler GPS on my computer and then from there
on my smartphone.

Correct me if I am wrong as I am a total newbie.

So far I tried to download skobbler on my computer without success.My antivirus indicated the download site is not save and then terminated the
download.

Can anybody provide a website from where to download skobbler ?
