I would like to see more information about "camera mode" in the Help section of the "Scout" app.

- How does the app save the recognized speed limits? Are they saved 1) locally on the phone, 2) in the skobbler servers, or 3) are the data integrated into OpenStreetMap?

As a relatively new user to OpenStreetMap and Scout, the 3rd option would seem very cool to me, using massive mobile image recognition to update OSM data. One could even imagine use-cases where other signs than speed-limits are recognized.

Is this forum read by Skobbler developers? Or where is a better place to get feedback and/or make suggestions?
