    New iPhone

    Hello,

    I now have a new iphone and have tried to restore my previously purchased maps (the world) when I try to do this in the app it says "regrant failed" I'm using the same Apple ID and have a copy of my itunes purchase invoice. Please can you help?

    Hi Vistaro,

    Please check if your Apple-ID is inserted in the settings of your iPhone under “Store”.

    Please check the following settings in your device: Settings > General > Restrictions > Please allow here “In-App Purchase” by turning it “on”.

    Now, start the app > main menu > upgrades > restore purchases.

    Afterwards, the maps should be listed here: Main menu > my downloads > my maps > countries. Tap on the country and on "Download" to install the map.

    Please let me know some details:

    - Which iPhone do you use?
    - Which iOS version is installed?
    - Jailbreak yes/no?
