No Map downloads om iPad

I have Forever Map on both iPhone, Android and iPad. On the iPad it is simply impossible to find any maps to download. Nothing shows up under "download". What to do?

Is it correct that when you use the same app on the iPhone that you do not have this problem? Please let me know:

- Which iPad do you use exactly?
- Which iOS version is installed?
- Jailbreak yes/no?

That is correct.
iPad mini
iOS 7, but had the same result with iOS6
Not jailbroken. But it didn't work on the jailbroken version either.

Hi,

Since the current version is not jailbroken, please apply the hard method:
Delete the app completely, reboot the iPad and install the app anew.

Are you able to download maps afterwards?
