    can't access bought maps

    I have bought both Navigation 2 for iPhone and iPad. When I try to access maps that I have bought and downloaded, I keep getting the same message on both devices. ""Please log in with the same user that bought the App." This problem seems to have appeared since the creation of Apple's iCloud. So how can I change my log in user or how can I transfer what I have bought to the account I now have?

    You need to go to the settings of your devices and change the Apple ID there ("Store") back to the one with which you bought the app the first time. Afterwards, accessing the maps will be available again.
