Offline mode on Hybrid App (Ionic)?

Hi, first of all I want to thank you for a great product.

I got an assignment from potential client, but after I (...I admit casually) read the documentation, I have not found answer:

Is there an offline mode (offline map package with all features) if I want to use skobbler predefined map (eg Berlin city) within Ionic (angular.js) application? Essentially a web application .. but offline. I do not see any package manager like there is for iOS and Android. I'm using SQlite for storage on mob device. Is it possible?

Any pointer to the right direction would be very appreciated.

We don't provide and SDK for web apps - only for native Android/iOS apps. For web apps we only provide raster tiles and a web routing API: http://developer.skobbler.com/getting-started/web
