Dutch Lanquage

Hi,

i'm from the Netherlands and wondering if there is also a Dutch language pack ?
If so do i need to reinstall the app, and if i do so won't i get charged again ?

I now have installed a English version and it's not quite clear ( vocal voice ) who gives directions so maybe the Dutch will...

p.s i also bought the complete pack ( all maps ) do i have to reinstall these to ? I downloaded the app and mapps in the Netherlands.
