Please delete the app, reboot your device and reinstall the app. This process is free of charge as long as you use the same Google Play Account as for the initial purchase of the app.

Any offline maps that you purchased will be available again and for free after the reinstallation. For that, proceed as follows: App > Upgrades > “Restore”. Now you can install your offline maps as before.
