View Full Version : What can I do if the in-app purchase does not work?

Please check the following Settings in your device: Settings --> General --> Restrictions --> Please allow here “In-App Purchase” by turning it “on”.

Furthermore, make sure that in the settings of your device under "Store" the Apple ID (= email address) with which you purchased the app is inserted. And note that currently our in-app products can be paid by credit card or iTunes voucher only. So if you chose a different payment method in your iTunes account, that will most likely be the reason for the in-app purchase not working.

Attention: If you updated your device to iOS5, please also check this:

1. Go to the Settings of your device--> "iCloud"
2. Please make sure that the Apple ID (your email address) is mentioned there with which you bought our app. After installing iOS 5 this might have changed automatically (if you created a new Apple account). So: Always check this issue, especially before re-downloading apps (any app, not just ours) in order to avoid paying twice. If the right Apple ID is diplayed here, you'll be able to proceed with the In-App Purchases.
